The foundation of modern software is cracking under the weight of burnout.
如果不是全职写自由/开源软件，同时还有一份正式工作要做，真的很头疼。相关的 FOSS 工作机会也不怎么多…… 当然，感觉这并不只是对 FOSS 而言的，其它的“志愿”工作也是如此。
在工作模式里融入 FOSS 就好了，这点得感谢开源社区的推动。如果只是单纯个人爱好/兴趣，注定做不到生态/社区/软件长久发展与势力凝聚。
